Our funeral director Maurice was so kind and polite when we laid my MIL Virginia to rest with our Papa Carrino. He was respectful and was wonderful link to our Navy-Army ties. When you need his services we heartily recommend him.
We used Lakemont for my mother in laws passing back in 2017 and for dad's passing this March 2026. The service from Lakemont is exceptional. The kindness and love they show you on one of the worst days is above and beyond. I spoke with Hannah and she handled everything with care and compassion. You can't teach this type of empathy and kindness. You have it or you don't and Lakemont definitely has it. The grounds are gorgeous and maintained very well. I'm glad my parents (in laws) are spending eternity there.
The staff at Lakemont have made us feel so welcome and cared for. From our first phone call with Alex, we knew this was the right place. They were open and honest throughout the contract process, letting us take our time. When the sad day arrived, they did a wonderful job caring for our loved one and making the day meaningful for us. From the grounds staff to the management team, we have been very impressed with the understanding and professionalism exhibited.
The grounds are serene and peaceful, and it’s clear that they take pangs to keep it that way. We are grateful to have found Lakemont for our loved one.
