Helpful, efficient, and most of all, nice to interact with. I've taken shirts and suits there - all with excellent results. Also had pants hemmed. They did a great job. Best customer service ever!!!!

I was searching for a new cleaners and a friend recommended me this place. Was skeptical at first but after visiting once, it's safe to say I am more than pleased to have found them! Mrs. Han takes care of me like I'm extended family, and I appreciate that so much. She makes me feel comfortable and doesn't pressure me into anything. Other places I've been to make me feel like I'm just another sale. That's not the case here.

The reason why I love coming to this store is because of their diligent and warm customer service. They genuinely care for their clients. I can tell because long time customers (myself included) speak very fondly of Mr. and Mrs. Han's integrity and reliability. The key word is reliability. I've done my rounds at the affordable alternatives such as zips, the 2.99 spots, and etc and have come to the conclusion that these places cannot be trusted with my expensive/valuable clothes. I've had suits ruined, ripped up, come back with random creases, and sweaters looking hella dried up from these cheaper places. With all that said, Secco Plus is most definitely a step above other cleaners in terms of clothing care. I know they will take care of my garments 100%. They've been doing it so well for years. Surprised they don't have more reviews!
