Mike, the owner, did a great job explaining what was wrong with my 25-year-old air conditioner and hooked me up with a portable unit while I waited for a new air conditioner. The crew, including Roger, Eddie, and Bryan, showed up on time to install the new air conditioner and furnace and were courteous. Mike was also present to guide the crane as it placed the ac unit on the roof. The crew worked quickly with no apparent problems. The installation looks good, and there have been no problems in the past 3 days.
