“Polk contracting did an incredible job. I called them regarding some damage to my siding, it was late in the day but called me first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Jeff came out later that day. 2 days later they completed the work. They were very thorough in cleaning everything up, scrubbing down & pressure washing the siding being mindful to make it blend in with existing siding. It really turned out great & it was done very fast. If I need any contracting work done I will be calling Polk, having worked in customer service for years the goal is always to set a proper expectation. Polk exceeded the expectation they set. “This was an interesting experience. I called Old Line Roofing & Solar to ask for a second opinion about a roof leak in my house where the previous roofer said it was the fault of the solar panel installers, and the solar panel installers said it was the fault of the roofer.
