This is the 4th roof Polk had done for me. Needless to say, I'm totally impressed with the roofs I get and their price. They even came quickly to repair storm damage from a limb that went through one of my roofs. I highly recommend their service! They are my go to always for any roofing jobs!
Jack at Polk Contracting is the best. I had an issue during a holiday weekend and he was more than accommodating and addressed my needs. Jack knew exactly what to do, was professional and genuinely nice. I highly recommend Polk Contracting.
Jack and his crew did a fantastic job first making repairs to my roof, but then I opted to have the entire roof replaced since it was 20 years old and I was able to credit the cost of the repairs towards the roof. I am going to be doing some renovations inside the home, and now I feel secure knowing I won't have any more leaks or problems coming from the roof which could damage our remodeling. The team was out here and had the entire project done so fast. And they cleaned everything up so well, you would never know they had been here. I didn't have to worry about nails on the ground, they got them all!
