Pillar To Post Home Inspector - Josh Luko

I hired Josh Luko of Pillar to Post for the home inspection on the new one-bedroom condo I'm buying in DC. It was easy to schedule and Josh showed up early for the inspection. He was very thorough (1.5 hours for a 1bd condo) and answered all of my questions during the inspection. The report he wrote up later that same day accurately catalogued the various flaws (thankfully minor) of the unit and included great 3D views of practically every inch of the place. I'm sure I'll refer to it again and again as a homeowner. I definitely recommend Josh and Pillar to Post! 10/10
