I've been going to PR Family Medicine for the last 10 years. I started off with Mr. Rochester and after he left, I've been with Dr. Papoi. My experience with Dr. Papoi has been great. We're pretty close in age and he knows exactly what I'm going through at any given time. He always listens to me and is always caring and wanting to get me well. I've had only 1 time when I needed to see him on the same day (just yesterday) and I was able to get an appointment that day. I have been going to this practice since Dr. Kijack owned it. When Dr. Papoi took over, I was more than pleased. He is a consummate professional as are the other Doctors, nurses, and PA's in the office. I won't go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and organized. I won't go anywhere else. As for the $100 fee per patient starting next year, I am more than happy to pay it to keep PR from becoming the hamster wheel dedicated to an insurance company rather than taking their time with their patients. Seems a small price to pay to have quality health care.
