We have been Naturalawn Damascus customers since 2020. My Husband noticed more nutsedge and Bermuda grass the last few years. We had to supplement the service to keep it under control. We stuck with Naturalawn since we know it takes time to correct these issues. The last straw was these past few weeks. I got a call a couple of weeks ago saying that the final service would be done the following day. No one came out so I called and left a voicemail. I never got a call back, but a couple of weeks later I got a call as if nothing happened saying the final service would be completed the next day (which was a Saturday). I explained what happened before and the response was “I don’t know what happened there”. Of course no one showed up on Saturday, but on Monday the door bell rang and it was the technician. I explained to him what happened and he said to call the office since I wanted to cancel after this final service for the season. I called and explained everything, and noted that I wanted to cancel after this last service. The response was “surely you aren’t canceling because someone misspoke about coming out on a Saturday”. I reiterated that this was not the first time and that the service is too expensive to not get at least a call back explaining when people don’t show and not even returning my message. Before I could explain anything else she abruptly said I’ll take care of it and hung up! Not only was that rude and disrespectful, but it was gaslighting to insinuate that I made the decision because “someone misspoke”. Not good business practice when there are too many other services to choose from.

Brenda for scheduling and Donny for service are the easiest, most accomodating and well-informed service providers with whom i have ever had the pleasure of working. They are very mindful of the fact that we have a small, low to the ground and loveable pet and they are always sure to keep gates closed and to inform us of how long we must wait/water before it is safe for our pet to be outdoors. I've been using NLA for 3 years now. The first year they told me it would take a couple of seasons to get the best results. They were absolutely correct. My lawn looks and feels great. Visitors always compliment my lawn and I have given many referrals. Unlike the previous company I used, NLA does not flood my emails with pricy service recommendations and I have been very pleased with their customer service.

Don't give NaturaLawn your contact info. They will never stop harassing you with calls/texts. After a year of requesting that they stop contacting me, I still get unsolicited calls and texts
