I’ve always had a positive experience with Dr. Singer and had been a patient at the practice for about 10 years. However, over the last two years, the appointment management has become horrible and unprofessional. Three out of my last four routine cleanings were changed the day of the appointment. In most instances, I had already driven to the office, taken time off work, and prepared for the appointment, only to be told that my appointment was scheduled for a different day or that I was not on the schedule at all. This was especially surprising when I was standing there with a reminder postcard mailed by the office showing a date and time that did not match the books in front of them.
I ultimately decided to leave the practice after being called just 20 minutes before a scheduled dental procedure to cancel the appointment while I was already on my way there. What made the situation even more disappointing was the apparent lack of accountability or remorse regarding these repeated scheduling issues.

Told there was no way to accommodate an emergency, despite ADA profesional standards. When I mentioned this was unprofessional and that I won't be doing buisness with them anymore, the lady receptionist did not care. Kinda laughed at me. My backup dentist is able to help me. Long drive but way better than this.

Another place that didn't answer their phone during business hours and never returned my call even though I left my name and number twice. Sigh...

I never liked going to the dentist or the doctor but the pain I was going through from one of my teeth, I had to just go. I’m glad I did and found Dr. Singer I have never been so relieved of the pain. Dr.Singer and his team were awesome. They gave me all my options and best advice moving forward with what needed to be done to resolve the issue. I highly recommend.

I am absolutely blown away by the appointment I just had with Dr. Singer at the Dental Health Center right here in Damascus. I wish they had a Facebook page so I could tag them and reiterate how grateful I am. I'll just leave a review everywhere I possibly can!
For starters, I have unfortunately neglected going to the dentist for quite a bit longer than I should have let it go. I was extremely nervous going into this appointment. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and started my appointment with the dental assistant who did my cleaning. She put my mind at ease and made me feel a lot better. Then I met Dr. Singer, and I felt like I was just hanging out with an old friend! He was so friendly, he joked with me, and he explained everything so well that I needed to understand. Then we found out that my darn insurance company sent me to this practice mistakenly, and my insurance isn't even accepted here 🤦♀️ So they told me they weren't going to charge me for the visit!! I can't even put into words how wonderful and caring this team is. I will literally be switching insurance companies just so that I can stay with Dr. Singer and his team. 10 outta 10!!!!

I recently visited the Dental Health Center in Damascus, MD, and had an outstanding experience. The facility is clean and welcoming, and Dr. Singer and his team are highly skilled and professional. They explained procedures clearly and provided thorough, gentle care. I highly recommend the Dental Health Center for its excellent dental care and compassionate staff.
