“Absolutely saved me, truly a caring and customer oriented establishment. I had a funeral to go to on a Tuesday and while trying my suit on over the weekend I could barely close the pants, so I had 2 options, don't eat until the funeral or get them taylored. Long story short I went into My cleaners at almost 3pm on Monday as they were closed on Saturday due to Thanksgiving. I knew there was a strong chance they wouldn't be able to help me as I needed to be at the funeral Tuesday at 10:30. However after explaining my situation to the owner she kindly accepted, and at first was going to have them ready by 9:15 the next morning which would have definitely worked but I would be rushing. Upon further consideration she asked if I could come right at closing that day to pick them up and I was very willing to oblige. So while I wouldn't count on this as a normal occurrence, I had my pants beautifully fit in basically 2 hours time. I very much appreciate both the quality quick job that was done but even more so the consideration for my situation and the willingness to make an exception for my short time span. To be open and honest with my review - I booked both a move in and out cleaning. However, without going into too much detail, the initial move in cleaning was not the best first experience. BUT I want to emphasize how AMAZING Lilly’s cleaning service was about making it right. Sometimes things happen BUT it’s the way that they handled rectifying it for us that impressed me so much. I decided to move forward with the move out cleaning I had scheduled and the results were…PHENOMENAL!

Claudia and her team just completed our move-out cleaning, and I am beyond impressed. Every single detail was handled with such care and precision that the entire house is absolutely glistening. You know that feeling when you walk into a place and immediately exhale because everything feels fresh, cared for, and DONE right? That was exactly how they made us feel.

“I highly recommend this company!!!! This is a rental property and tenant left a big mess..a team of two ladies came and cleaned so well, I thought it was brand new. The one wall had lots of sticky tapes, they removed, scrubbed the walls, floorboards, fridge looks brand new, the bathroom were scrubbed clean, things were stuck to floor and I thought it would not come off, but the cleaned it up. I do a lot of move out and this company by far is the best.

PS - The tenant didn't pay electric bill, so it was shut off and there was mold in fridge. These ladies did such a great job. I posted a picture of fridge (wish I had the before picture), this fridge looks brand new. Also I posted picture of the wall because tenant had taped things to the whole wall, I came back to check once done and I wanted to hug the ladies. I took videos so I am going to try and post the before and after.
