Ryan, thetech from C & R was excellent. He diagnose the 30 year old fan. Uninstalled the faulty one, reinstalled the replacement. Demonstrated the workings of the new remote, stepped us through the manual, thn carried away the debris. They will be my go-to folks going forward.

I called and Ashely was super kind and was able to get me on their schedule in the same week. Ryan came out and gave me a quote after explaining what I wanted, completed the work right then, and then ran through my entire panel to explain everything he did plus go over general knowledge stuff to help me in the future. The work looks great and everything works perfectly. Really happy with the experience!
