I have booked appointments on 3 days in the last week. No call and no show! All service industries have to adjust times on jobs especially in frigid weather as we are dealing with right now. Booking is an office issue. The technicians did come, and did a nice job for us. They were skilled and professional. Nothing but good things to say about the technicians. The scheduling issues and communication is my reason for not giving 5 stars for the work done.
Called Thursday because the turn off valve pipe broke on our toilet. They said they'd try and make it over that day and they did. Our toilet is working great again. Excellent service.
Missy from the office was very pleasant when I called Monday and got me scheduled for the next day.
Lukas and Chuck were very efficient and friendly. Because of the age of my toilet it wasn't as quick a repair as it seemed. They figured it out and fixed it back as good as new though.
I thought the cost was very fair... actually a lot less than I was expecting. Great job everyone!! 👏
