“Awesome staff! They answered all my annoying questions and believe me there are many, I like the room the secure bike parking overall I really enjoyed my experience and I recommended to anybody. I'm a little shocked and I guess it all depends and I'm not judging how we all were brought up to me. I didn't see anything wrong with that part of time people go sketchy and everything. I thought it was fine. I didn't feel unsafe there. I thought it was just an older part of town and I thought it was super close to downtown, which is great. I would recommend staying there. The only issue I had was and, this is me. I can't sleep with a fan going loudly I have PTSD and it kinda keeps me hyper anxious. My wife on the other hand love sleeping with the fan so she would think it was great and I'm sure some people would. that's you know for some people. That way the only issue I had and it's definitely not their fault. I understand that's how they call the rooms down I get it. It's an older building, but that was the only thing that was kind of difficult for me. Other than that I would stay there again just not in the hot weather once.“

“We pretty much come here every year for a small business retreat and really enjoy our stay for the most part! From the conference room to the casino to the hike we take, it truly is something we look forward to each year.
The bellman and the front desk staff greeted us with friendly faces. We really appreciated the welcome.
Our rooms was clean, a nice large size. My bed was super firm and my room mates was super soft. Sheets were clean but a bit itchy to me. Bathroom was a nice size as well, shower has big opening so it does get a bit chilly. Our bathroom door didn’t lock, but luckily it was just the two of us.
We headed downstairs to Signatures Bar. The food was decent. I had a burger. I think the waitress was a bit overwhelmed at our large party and did snap at a few of us during our dinner that evening. Our food was hot and beverages were cold so that was a plus!
Casino is a nice little spot. Cashiers are super friendly. Bartenders were hit and miss with the smiling faces. Drinks weren’t pricey, we had a lot of fun!
My favorite part every year is our barista KIENEN! He has been here the last 3 visits and always makes us delicious drinks with a smile and seems to remember us (even if he doesn’t) and takes a pic! His service goes above and beyond and makes us feel like you all have been expecting us all season.

“Lake was relaxing. Food was good. Spa messages were fantastic. Only issue was that they had the casino so dark my mom couldn't see at all so she was unable to gamble. It was even too dark for me. Vegas casinos aren't that dark. If you fix that it would be perfect.“
