We had a home that had water damage from an outside spigot leaking inside. Service Master was very responsive throughout the whole process start to finish. Highly recommend working with them!
Prompt, professional, good service.
We had a water line burst and flood basically our entire basement. I called first thing in the morning after calling insurance. The crew was out only and hour or two later after finishing another job. They were quick and thorough and walked me through the whole process. The crew was very professional and told me everything to expect. The follow up crews we're just as good and communicated what I needed to know in regard to how long to expect the fans and dehumidifier to run. What to expect for next steps with rebuild, among other information.
