Contracted First General Services to repair the oddest of damages to a house caused by an uninsured stolen vehicle. The crew was efficient, and more importantly, courteous with the utmost professionalism with the tenants of the house. The repairs took about 3-4 weeks to complete, all the while working around the tenants schedule as they were unable to find temporary housing. Additionally the finished project more than met our expectations while staying within the estimated proposal. Side note : I have contracted First General Service on two previous occasions, and will so again.

Our experience with First General was very good. We had a large job so didn’t want to waste time with a small company. We tried a number of contractors that either didn’t show or didn’t bother returning a call. FG scheduled an appointment about 30 days out and provided an estimate that we felt was very fair. We had the same crew throughout the job and they were skilled, thorough and considerate of us while they worked. We’ll be using First General for our next project as soon as the weather warms up in 2027.
