Awesome staff! They answered all my annoying questions and believe me there are many, I like the room the secure bike parking overall I really enjoyed my experience and I recommended to anybody. I'm a little shocked and I guess it all depends and I'm not judging how we all were brought up to me. I didn't see anything wrong with that part of time people go sketchy and everything. I thought it was fine. I didn't feel unsafe there. I thought it was just an older part of town and I thought it was super close to downtown, which is great. I would recommend staying there. The only issue I had was and, this is me. I can't sleep with a fan going loudly I have PTSD and it kinda keeps me hyper anxious. My wife on the other hand love sleeping with the fan so she would think it was great and I'm sure some people would. that's you know for some people. That way the only issue I had and it's definitely not their fault. I understand that's how they call the rooms down I get it. It's an older building, but that was the only thing that was kind of difficult for me. Other than that I would stay there again just not in the hot weather once.

Second stay here in two years. Positives are it's two blocks or so off the bike trail, has a garage to lock your bikes, free laundry in the basement, a convenience store a block up the street, a coffee shop near the building and it's a short distance from the restaurants downtown. Negatives, the property needs to be better maintained they are facing some very serious issues if they don't invest in the property , some rooms have a shared bathroom and the neighborhood is a little sketchy (not enough to be a real concern). If I'm biking through again I may book another place

Rooms were great as was communication with management. Beautiful historic building with a welcoming common area. Great bike storage, hose for washing bikes and easy location near trail and downtown for cyclists.
