I stopped by today to see if I could get my medical records. Which my doctor said I was entitled to . I just want to tell you I was greeted a young lady. I think her name is summer. Friendly, expeditious and courteous throughout. Relatively empty around supper time, so that’s a good time to be seen. I had a minor problem that needed attention and received great care. Kudos to the accommodating front desk and the lab staff. Great experience. Thanks for being available when I needed you! At the Western end of the shopping plaza, despite Google Maps’ directions further East.
I checked in here first thing on a Sunday morning. I planned to wait until Monday but I was so ill, I just couldn't wait. The ladies in the front office were so nice & friendly. The nurse practitioner was wonderful as well. I had a couple of tests which provided an answer as to why I was so ill. After my diagnosis, treatment was advised by the nurse practitioner & I am on my way to recovering. These urgent care clinics are a wonderful alternative to the ER, especially these days and on weekends when your primary care physician is not available.
