I had service done on my AC unit, and they did an awesome job. The issue was explained in detail, and got the job done.

Decent work but wish they knew more about scent integration. We have a Kevinleo diffuser that connects to the central air – works great – but their tech wasn’t familiar with that setup. If you plan on doing whole-home or commercial scenting, ask first. Otherwise fine for basic HVAC.

Mark came out to repair my leaky AC. He unclogged the line but it didn't resolve the problem. Fortunately, with his trained eye and experience, he realized the leak was coming from a a different line that had deteriorated (his 2nd trip).He found a solution for that.He also cleaned the condenser coils that was heavily clogged with debris. Mark took the time to educate me about the issues we were having, how he repaired it and how to maintain it. I truly appreciate him for everything he did. This company is very professional, communication is great and they provide detailed information, with photos about the services needed. I highly recommend Smith and Co HVAC for you HVAC needs.
