I am the type of person who is terrified of dentist. I came here after seeing all the great reviews and they did not disappoint. As soon as you walk in your greeted with a friendly smile. I sat down for a second and then was taken to the back almost immediately. I didn't have time to panic since I wasn't sitting in the waiting room with my thoughts. Jennifer and the doctor came and did the work, both spoke to me calmly and explained every step of the process. Which made me feel more at ease. All in all best experience ever.

I’ve been going to Crownsville Dental for many years since I was a kid and I’ve never had a bad experience. They always give me quotes quickly when I ask for any service I need based on my insurance. They always are gentle when they have to numb me (I don’t really like needles). They always explain exactly what they are doing and going to do so I understand and am comfortable. They gave me a blanket when I said the office was a little cold. They gave me chap stick to protect my lips while they were working. They are always friendly and compassionate. So glad to be a new patient here! Lovely, kind staff in a pristine, modern space. Dr. Eric is so warm and friendly, as are the hygienists. I felt my care was explained thoroughly and have great confidence in their suggestions for maintaining and bettering my dental health. Thanks!
