"The Total Look" Salon In Crofton DON'T go here. They take cash only and will not give a receipt for it. The receipt that I pleaded for and finally received had on it that I owed balance due $10 still. j said she wasn't going to obligate me to the $10 though. I said ok give me a receipt that says 0 balance due. She said, "NO". I did not owe this $10. Prices increased underfoot without customers knowledge. The young shampoo girl that was there forever scraped my head so bad during washing my hair, I actually had red scrapes on my head. I showed these scrapes to hair dresser and she sarcastically said tell owner and did nothing. They are rude... read full review

Jeannie's the one person in years of searching whose cut I like. This is a no-frills salon with great prices and many loyal clients spanning years of patronage. So glad a friend referred me.

Been going to Total Look for over 30 years. The operators are wonderful and have many long time clients. I recommend them highly.
