Massage Crystal has excellent masseuses, great customer service and appointment accommodation, and an amazing value for the area. My only wish is that you could schedule online, but the staff always answers quickly and is easy to book with. 10/10 recommendation, easily.
I typically go to the Pasadena location and on Saturday I decided I will no longer be attending the Pasadena location and will be just going to the Crofton location. I had the best Massage I have had in a very long time at least that I can remember. Past Massage experiences left me wondering what did I just spend $75 on. This Massage experience left me wanting to go straight home and take a nap. The lady did an excellent job in giving me a relaxing massage. The customer service at the Crofton location is much better as well. I didn't feel rushed nor did I feel pressure when leaving the room to leave a tip. This location is bigger, has more space in the waiting room, and better customer service. I will be back for sure.
Welcoming business establishment. Great massage! Reasonably priced. Clean facility, professional staff and accommodating appointments. I called late on a Saturday evening and they were able to provide an appointment for me before closing. Pleasant atmosphere.
