I had another company come out and take a look at my HVAC system. They claimed I needed an entire new system for just about $15,000 Jason, one of the technicians at Grove came out. Did a thorough inspection and told me nothing was wrong. Honesty matters be careful who you hire. I will be signing a contract with Grove to manage my system from now on.
Grove is my go to company for all of my HVAC. They installed geothermal at our new home and we couldn't be happier. Nick was out last week to service all of the units. I asked him if he could check on a room that was noticeably warmer than the others. He discovered that the vent was never connected to the run. So, for potentially eighteen years, every owner has been heating and cooling the attic. Nick fixed it and now the room is comfortable. Excellent job!
My heater had stopped working. Grove got someone out to my house within an hour, on a Saturday. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Once the required part was available, the technician got it installed and the system up and running. Everyone was friendly and professional. Will definitely be using Grove for all of my future HVAC needs.
Update: Had an issue with my AC on Friday night. I called at 8:45 am on Saturday. The technician was here and fixed the problem within two hours. On a warm June morning. This is twice now that Grove has been fast and done great work.
