Guy was courteous, I had about five things going on in my head so I politely accepted an appointment so I could get a business card (lost a star for not just giving me a card for the conversation and going away). Sick, tired, not in the mood for games. Called to cancel. Receptionist was polite and didn’t grief me over it. HomeFix will be on my short list when I need them and I’m ready.
