The worst experiences so far!! I did an eye exam and started a lens fitting. BUT my lens doesn't come in two month!!! So I called them to cancel my procedure (cuz I did it somewhere else) and ask for a refund. I reached out to the eye clinic 5 times!!! but they won't let me do it. They kept telling me some sort of manager will reach me but I never receive any calls. Don't go cuz they are not taking any responsibility. Their management team is nonfunctional.

Do yourself a favor and don't come here. It is a mess. My daughter came here two times and it took MONTHS to get them to finally put my insurance correctly in the system. Secondly, we had an appointment coming up and they called and said they had to cancel it. Okay, I understand, things happen. Then they called and said they had to cancel the second rescheduled appointment a week later and that they didn't have anything available for over a month. What a waste of time. Don't bother with this place. The doctors here are great but everything else, not so much.

I wish I could give them zero or below zero. They never sent me bill or statements. For 50 dollars they sent my bill to collection agency and now credit report is messed up. When you call them they barely pick up their phone. Customer service representative are rude. When I call them to ask if I owe them anything the lady was so rude. I am never going back to them period. Also, I made my prescription sunglasses from the optical shop, they never gave me the original lenses and they cost me 600 dollars and up for those glasses ?
