Lady at the front office is extremely rude and staffing is troubling. For high class area it's a shame. If I could give it -0 star I would. We will be changing locations from this location to different one.

During our first visit, we experienced unprofessional behavior at the reception desk. While attempting to schedule a follow-up appointment at checkout, we were asked to wait while staff members engaged in personal conversations instead of assisting us in a timely manner. We later included this experience in a review, as requested by your clinic.

Following that, the treatment we received during our second and third visits became significantly more concerning. Refused to accept my vision insurance with Aetna; insisted they’d only accept medical insurance….which requires a deductible. My vision insurance has no deductible.
