Such a great and positive experience! Working out has been boring, and I have been in a rut for a while. After a bit of reading about what’s in the area, and thinking about things that I used to enjoy and what could keep me stimulated enough to not give up, I ended up at Title Boxing and in Victor Alquijay’s classes. He keeps everything moving, fun, and I feel like I am getting the most out of my workout time, which is precious and limited as a very tired mom with two small kids who works full-time, even though I am still learning and sometimes feel self conscious I still get a ton of motivation to keep going. I love this gym! The staff is encouraging, enthusiastic, friendly. Each coach has their own swag and it provides for a diverse palate of workouts. There are ongoing PT sessions, challenges and offers which encourage fitness and program expansion. The gym members push each other too, which is very telling about the love of this gym. I have fallen in love with this sport through TITLE. Shout out to Eric, Sean and Lauren crushing their coaching game!

I’ve been a member of this gym for about 4 years now and I love Title Boxing -Columbia. The instructors are awesome. They push you, while encouraging you and factor in some cool new techniques along the way. Eric is a great instructor who definitely challenges us while giving us a variety of punch combinations, introduces new techniques in our workout and lets us participate in choosing our favorite exercise.
