I chose The Cleaning Authority because they actually send a representative to your home to give you firm pricing structure. The rep does a complete walk-through so there are no surprises when the cleaners arrive. TCA also has a client portal so you can see upcoming cleaning, and pay for cleaning right there on line. That is a huge convenience.
