What a dump! Very unprofessional and unlike any spa facility I have ever been to before. I could tell the nurse was rushing between appointments, and I felt so uncomfortable that I just left. Save yourself some time- there are so many other nicer places in D.C.
Wow! I spoke to reschedule on the phone. I looked in the online portal they did for the wrong day I asked for, but whatever it was the next Saturday. How unprofessional. I rescheduled an appointment, and tried to call twice to confirm. I choose to leave an email, to confirm my appointment. I heard no word to confirm my appointment from the business I arrived no one was there.
This place is awful. Do NOT go here. Both times I went the staff was running 30 minutes behind schedule. My second time, the technician was in such a hurry she was rushing me and dropping syringes. I felt very uncomfortable. When I asked her how many units of botox per wrinkle she wanted to give me she said verbatim "Don't question me. I do this all day every day, I know what I'm doing." She was very rude. The receptionists are generally unknowledgeable and not attentive. The reception area is also very weird... it feels more like a place where you go to get money orders than it does a "medspa". Save your money and go somewhere more professional.
