On time, knowledgeable, personable; and answered all my questions. After making changes to our system, he tested and tested again for good measure. All around GREAT service and experience. I would definitely recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their HVAC equipment.
Michael came on time arriving at 9am. I show him my situation and he understands the importance in getting this done. He really worked with me and got me the best deal. My house is getting all duct cleaned and one area in the basement will be replaced ( new duct). I am very happy to get the work done. I can’t wait to see the electric bill next month.
Brandon was out today and did an excellent job in preforming our spring HVAC service. He noticed our outside system needed cleaning of leaves and debris and offered some suggestions regarding the upkeep of the unit. In addition, we were able to schedule an appointment to have the unit cleaned. Brandon has always been professional in preforming his job and recommending any needed service.
