Dario was absolutely amazing! From the moment I met him, it was clear how intentional, knowledgeable, and kind he is. I had my first bodywork session with Dario, focused on my lower body, and it was incredible. I came in with a lot of tightness throughout my hamstrings and quads. Dario immediately made a detailed assessment—just by having me stand naturally, he could spot that one knee was rotated one way, the other was turned differently, and even that my head had a slight tilt. He pinpointed exactly where my body needed alignment and addressed those areas directly.

All the other reviews are true. Dario delivers. Had my first session yesterday, already booked my next one. He blended styles so I could experience fascia release and stretching. I left there both relaxed and energized. Give your body a gift and book an appointment.
