I had a knot in my lower back that was annoying me and hampering my walking. I stretch every, single day when I get up. I cycled for 18 years and I've been rope jumping 28 years. Only had a massage once before in Mexico on vacation.
Booked an hour($120) and it was amazing! Rene was unreal!! He hit pressure points and muscles that felt amazing! He hit the spot in mynl lower back that was bothering me. Fantastic! 2026 Update: I’ve been seeing Gary for Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) for half a year now and it has been such an amazing journey. This modality is great for those looking to lengthen and stretch muscles, but in a much more active way. It’s like a cross between physical therapy and stretching. His expertise is wonderfully versatile, and as I have lost weight and gained muscle he has helped me learn how to stay limber and protect myself from injury. I can’t say enough great things about FST and Gary’s approach.

Gary is the absolute best! I've been a client for over 6 months now, originally went to him with some very persistent and specific knee/quad/hip/glute tightness that's rooted in multiple issues/complex, and he has been able to support my path toward healing as I went to physical therapy and now am working toward strengthening (and focused on no re-injury/re-triggering). He's very intuitive, skilled, and overall just a great human - make an appointment with him!
