I love the Life spa at Lifetime Fitness in Columbia MD. I got a massage by Manijeh yesterday and all my aches and pains were gone. She used just the right amount of pressure and added hot and salt stones to relieve my back tension. Very relaxing and professional. I highly recommend Manijeh for massages.

I am really grateful for the spa services at Lifetime. I have been a long term client and view massage as an important part of my wellness. My most recent visit was due to some major pain, Manijeh listened to my concerns and created a plan for the 90 minutes. It was a great massage and because of that, I was pain free in my workout today. Thank you!
