My symptoms not only stabilized but improved over the course of working with Tim. In many instances I could feel an immediate difference after the session. He has great intuition and feels into where the body needs work. Also he’s a great guy. Highly recommend!

My experience receiving Osteopathic Manual Therapy from Inspire Movement has been really positive and even more helpful than I anticipated. I went in with a shoulder complaint, and ended up getting help with digestive issues as well, with visceral manipulation. I do my best to stay active, nourish my body, and be mindful of how I take care of myself. Especially when it comes to gut health. Even still, I often have digestive trouble. I’m thrilled to be seeing good results and feeling better than usual with the help of this therapy. My shoulder is better too! I’ll definitely be going back to keep everything in check.

When we actually started therapy, I wondered how in the world what he was doing would help me (feeling for heat, following the body's direction, gently maneuvering my head and neck, etc), BUT I can say that the day after...read full review

From Inspire Movement Physical Therapy

PT specializing in Osteopathic Manual Therapy. I help people seeking natural care for chronic pain, digestive conditions, and mental/emotional well-being. Treatment is very gentle, and based on where the body’s restrictions are the greatest, even if that’s not where the symptoms are. I have found this to be the most effective method in helping individuals with pain, stress, and illness feel themselves again. My primary modalities are Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, and Gentle Spine Mobilization techniques, such as Muscle Energy. I have dedicated my entire career to this work, and love seeing what Osteopathic Manual Therapy can do to help my patients live their lives to the fullest!
