Under new salon leadership by Nicole’ (aka Coco) the service was excellent!!!! 5 Stars!!! Highly recommended!!! I hope her boss sees this because Coco deserves a substantial raise! She did an amazing job on my hair as a returning client after I was turned away from another Hair Cuttery/different location but I took a chance and came to this Cradlerock location and I received immediate compliments, even from my husband (and that rarely happens~ lol!! ) Thank you Coco!! The rest of the salon team Kieran, Alice & and the new stylist are going to do great under Coco’s leadership! She seriously deserves a raise!!!

Torkisha was very professional and gentle with my daughter. Very personable and accommodating to her needs. She did a great job with my daughters hair. Next time we will add more services.
