My experience has been horrible. I feel like I am being bullied/ harassed since I made a complaint and now each stylist is purposely doing my hair crazy. They are giving me the wrong units, placing the units on wrong so it can purposely irritate my skin and asking me for tips knowing you did a bad job. My experience has been very traumatizing. I joined this group hoping I can be a part a caring and supportive group. These people are insensitive, uncaring and cruel. The office is located in Columbia md.

Just had an appointment on Saturday, the staff was very nice in the beginning.
The woman doing my consultation was very informative and went over the treatment plan I would have if i signed up. She was complimenting my curly hair, was very understanding when i talked about my problems with it thinning, then we got to the price of it, I told her that I would like to go home and think about it because it's very expensive. She kept trying to rope me back in with different payment plan options. I told her that I would still like to go home and think about it first. She became very cold. Like, she had no interest in talking to me unless I was ready to pay immediately. She was also supposed to email me something by the end of the day and never did. She said the guy at the front desk could print out an estimate of the 12 month treatment plan and the different laser caps for me.
When me and my fiance went back to the front desk, the guy asked if I was ready to book my first treatment. I said no, and told him what the woman wanted me to take home. The vibe was off the second i said no. He printed them out, handed them to me and said "have a good day". Usually businesses will say something like, "call us if you have any questions or concerns" or "take your time, we know it's a big decision", but I didn't get any of that. Just grown adults pouting because they didn't get what they want. Their attitudes alone assured me that I made the right decision not signing up right away. Well that, and looking them up on the BBB told me everything I needed to know about them.

The Staff is Amazing… Brandon gives Awesome Customer Service… Ann the stylist is so warm and welcoming… they all make you feel wonderful… while going thru the process❤️

My hair is growing back. Everyone is friendly. I'm happy with them.I would like to add when getting any treatment do some research like I did before you do any treatment and know what your getting into with what to expect from said treatments. . Hate for someone to freak out like I could have after starting my treatment my hair starting falling out and it was bad but I had done my homework first it's called Hair sheding from Lazer and the medication for my scalp. Even though I was expecting it to happen it was so fast and still kinda freaked me out but after 2 months it stopped sheding and now I have more hair then I had when I started the treatment and it's only getting better every month from the time the sheding stopped. Also I had shopped around for Lazer Cap and found the same one they had for much cheaper and they beat the price I saved over 1000 from doing that. I ened up getting the best one they offered for practically at cost. HOPE this helps before starting your journey.

Be careful of the advertisement .The service initially is great for first 6/8 months when you are in contract .Then it will deteriorate.You will have to pay a monthly fees for life and it is expensive apart from initial money you spend .Its better to get hair transplanted .You will spend once for transplant but will be happier .
