Can’t recommend Forever Fit enough. Christine at the front desk is so welcoming and treats you like family. My therapist, Meghan, was able to diagnose and communicate my problem with me efficiently. She pushed me during my sessions while encouraging me along the way. 10/10 recommend!

Scheduling is easy and flexible with Christine. Once you get a referral, the office is quick to respond with ample availability. My therapist, Kinnari, is wonderful! When I have new concerns, she adjusts my regimen. Kinnari is helping me get my pain level down to managable levels. She is teaching me skills to mitigate my chronic pain. Kinnari has been much more helpful and knowledgeable than the multiple MDs I have met with for the same issue.

I returned to Forever Fit for my current issue with my knees because of both the competence of the therapists (Meghan), friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (Christine), and convenience of the location (Columbia). Though I had been dismissed for my past issue in the summer of 2022, my therapist both remembered me and some interesting facts about my life that I had shared with her. That proves she doesn’t just see her “clients” as a “project to be fixed” but as a person to be cared about and helped. Caring like that doesn’t happen everywhere.
