“Like many people I've met over the years, I was initially skeptical to try acupuncture as a form of mental or physical repair, but after suffering several traumatic life events and feeling the stress, tension and anxiety eating away at my days, I took a hint from a friend of mine and went to see Karen. From the second I walked in it felt like she was actually listening to me, asking questions about my life what I feeling physically and emotionally. Within a few minutes she laid me down and stuck me full of needles! I laughed at myself for thinking that this could actually help me but to my surprise, I woke up 30 minutes later feeling relaxed. That doesn't seem so crazy at first glance, but considering I hadn't felt relaxed in months I was basically in awe. I got dressed, thanked her for her time and scheduled 3 more appointments right there. Its been about four months and the change in my quality of life has been remarkable. I would strongly recommend this to anyone that is suffering from stress or exhaustion or feeling overworked. Its awesome.“
