Lina was so kind and professional as she explained that she works strictly by appointment only and doesn’t accept walk-ins. She personally guided me through the entire booking process with such care. Once my payment was confirmed, I received my private approval code along with beautifully clear instructions on how everything worked. When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is so important. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk. “I have been going to Dr. Lee, after being recommended by my partner's coworker, for approximately three months. I have lower back pain and my partner started with wanting to improve his posture. Initial discovery included xrays and a treatment plan was created, which I have been able to stick to for the most part.<br><br>My diagnosis was spinal degeneration and at this point in my treatment plan, I am still not 100% but I am definitely noticing the positive effects of Dr. Lee's treatment even with the significant negative state of my spine. Pain was about a 9 out of 10 when I started and is now at about a 3, intermittently.<br><br>My partner has also seem improvements with his posture. Most impressive was my partner had a sudden and excruciating pain event in his left knee. Dr. Lee was able to get the appropriate tests ordered, quicker than an Ortho, diagnosis, and treat in conjunction with the Ortho's treatment plan which allowed my partner to manage the horrible pain he was feeling until he received the necessary injections from the Ortho.<br><br>This office provides some of the best service and treatment, with complete transparency. We appreciate the positive physical improvements since we have been going and will continue to go for maintenance if we ever get to that point.”
