We recently had ESA service our furnace and I must Chris Lamon was amazingly thorough with his diagnosis of our system. He went through our system with an optic camera looking for the minute potential problems which could cause the fault code which would cause our problem. He performed several other test and even inspected and realigned the exhaust vest to specifications all while explaining what I needed to do in order to maintain my furnace. Thank You, Chris
On time and the job was done right. Only downfall was the price was outrageous. $99 to come out I understand. $400 to just remount two toilets is crazy. That’s $400 an hour is crazy.
Came out next day during the big ice storm and got me running again!!
