Best plumber we have ever used (40 years in the same house in DC). Rob Clem is both a Master Plumber and a Master Gas Technician, an important combination. Replaced our hot water heater recently, an excellent, competitive price for the purchase and installation. Gas and water hookup required some additional upgrade work, as did the chimney (all confirmed via independent eyes), and Rob Clem (sole proprietor) did a superb job upgrading our hookups and chimney to meet current building codes. Rob was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done in detail and corrected some things past plumbers did incorrectly as well. Pricing was also reasonable and in line with other plumbers (cheaper ones we used cut corners and caused other issues). Job was completed on time and no issues so far after about a month of use. Highly recommend Rob and will continue to use him for our plumbing needs going forward.
