Although it was unfortunate that my car was damaged, the staff here showed great teamwork and repaired my car beautifully at a reasonable price. I truly appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the process. Highly recommended!
Really outstanding team and great customer service. Thanks to supply chain issues, my car was there longer than anyone would have wanted, but not their fault. They helped find parts elsewhere when things were taking too long, took extra care to clean my car because it had been sitting, and communicated well along the way. Really appreciate them. You never hope to need a body shop but when I do I will for sure use them again!
Randomly stopped by to find out the process to get an estimate for some paint scuffs, due to hit and run, for my insurance. The gentleman at the front desk stopped what he was doing, and In less than 5 min I walked away with paint scuffs gone and a wave-' have a nice day. The service I received was never even imagined. I am so grateful to the gentleman who went above and beyond customer service and wouldn't even take -lunch on me- With this type of service, Dobbin Auto body just gained a new customer. Thank you so much!
