I have purchased four cars from Apple in my lifetime, each time the customer service has dropped considerably. One of the major selling points was the lifetime oil change and service perks. The last three times I have tried to get my "quick lane oil change" done I dropped off my vehicle before 9am and it was not ready by 6pm... the dealership kept the car overnight and it was not looked at until til after I called the next day at noon. The second and third time I simply picked up my car and had the oil changed at a service station in under 30 minutes. When I was called and asked what happened the service director told me "this is highly unusual". After three bad attempts...read full review
