I've been coming here for my treatments for over 2 years. Even though I'm on a package plan, the quality of care is always consistent n professional every single time. Yolanda is so flexible and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling. She is also very knowledgeable and always happy to share her expertise. She has genuine heart for helping others, and truly cares about her clients which makes every visit special.

I am having a great experience with Yolanda! I've only done a couple ultrasonic-cavitation sessions so far for one stubborn fat deposit and I noticed a difference immediately

I have been leaving voicemail messages for 2weeks straight attempting to schedule an appointment. I couldn't schedule on line because I had a voucher. Never did I receive a return call from this place to schedule my appointment. I left abt 5 voicemails. Finally on the 6th try I finally got a person on the line & scheduled a 10am appointment. When I arrived about 12 minutes early the doors were locked & the lights were off. After sitting in my car until about 10:20 I had called several times no answer. I decided to drive over to the 2nd location that's listed because this business has 2 addresses I was told my appointment was going to be at the Little Patuxent Pkwy location but, after waiting for so long with no answered phone calls & locked doors I decided to drive about 10 mins over to the Woodside location.

No one from this office called me or sent any texts messages apologizing for the delay or to state they're running late Nothing!

I drove over to the other location and, that business has a completely different company name & logo on their door. As I was sitting in the parking lot I received a text message saying my appointment was cancelled. This text message should have been sent at least an hour before my appointment to save me gas money & time because this place is 34 mins away & it took me 30 minutes to get back home including the atrocious traffic. I attempted to call them again for clarity & again Nothing!

This merchant is a big time SCAMMER. Ms. Yolanda Barnett makes me sick to my stomach. They bombarded me with texts leading up to my appointment to complete forms prior to coming in for services with all my pertinent & private information. Everything was such a waste of my time I'm disgusted. I even hoped someone would reach out verbally calling to attempt to resolve & reschedule before I posted these horrendous reviews of how they handle clients & customers but, nothing from them. I definitely will not be recommending this shiesty so called business Demure Skin & Body Sculpting to Anyone. These people are of no class & have poor taste.

A dishonest owner. The body equipment is defective. After 1 treatment I decided not to return for the others in a package. I informed her in several voice and emails, and got no response. However she schedule another appointment, created an invoice and charged my debit card, which she signed. She charged me for service which I never requested or even received. Fraud!!

Poor communications and lack of respect for customer time.

I have been trying to get intouch with someone for months. I had one session which was painful but necessary. The young lady worked a miracle with removing fluid and ai felt so much better. I opt to do a package and was advised to do Cherry. Cherry initially approved me for $300 and later on after verification of income approved me for $2400. It almost felt like when the young lady found out I had approval for $300 she lost interest. I had an appointment for Saturday and reached out to her and heard nothing back. I literally have not physically spoken to her since November which was 4 months ago. I have tried calling. I left messages. She did respond and let me know her phone was broken. After that I got an email asking me to schedule online. All the options were for packages. I realized I may be doing something wrong so I asked her for assistance. I believe that was in January. April is around the corner and I have heard nothing. I did find another young lady closer to my home when I did not here from her and asked for a refund which she stated she could not give me. I truly just want the service I paid for or a refund. I don’t understand how a business could treat anyone this way. I even set up a consultation thinking that would get her to call me. Over all Yolanda is professional and definitely knows what she is doing. I just didn’t have luck with the website and or getting responses to my calls. Just a few responses to emails.

I went to yolanda for post lymphatic massages on my flanks and arms! I had so much swelling on my flanks and in just 2/10 massages i saw a huge difference and my swelling went way down even more i will definitely continue the rest of my massages there! She is excellent and skilled in her technique and shes also VERY kind and creates a safe space like no other!
