His attention to detail was unmatched, and he worked with such care and precision. Even our cats adored him.
Eddie, our salesman, was also fantastic—super personable, responsive, and always ready to answer any questions we had throughout the process. This team truly made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had great customer service from the time we walked in to the showroom to the time the job was finished. Our new kitchen floor and steps look great and our installer, Mike, was a total pro. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he walked out the door. We will be using this firm again for future projects.

We recently had our basement carpet replaced with LVP and the team at Columbia Floors could not have been more helpful. I met with Eddie multiple times to make sure we made the right floor choice and measurements, and despite my skepticism given the size of the space and many small corners to cut and fit into, the entire job was finished in an 8 hour day. We couldn't be more satisfied with the whole process. A great company to use!
