Friendly professional repairman arrived on time. Work was explained and tips were freely discussed that put me at ease. Technicians had experience which made me feel good about the work performed.
David was very friendly and helpful. Everything was exactly as he said . Workers were great started about 7:30 AM and were finished and cleaned up by Noon. Tabby was very helpful when I talked to her on the phone. Would definitely recommend them. A plus. Tell them I recommend them. They were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive but had the best deal.
I had a roof leak that wasn’t resolved the first time around, but when Richard and Tim came out for the follow-up, they were fantastic. They carefully inspected the roof, figured out that the issue was caused by nails under the shingles that weren’t sealed properly, and fixed it on the spot—without charging me anything extra.
They were professional, transparent, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. I really appreciate their honesty and effort in making sure the problem was properly solved. Richard and Tim went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable roof repair.
