I am very disappointed to have to update my review from 5 stars to 1 star as I like to support small businesses in the area and even referred this company to several of my friends who also left glowing reviews but unfortunately this is the only choice that I have with Brake Doctor. My previous review about their customer service when trying to get your business is correct but BUYER BEWARE when it comes to this company honoring the warranty on the work they perform. I called and they came! Excellent professional, top notch service you can trust. Rick came to my place with his assistant. He explained the work needed, he also did a few things extra for no charge! I'll mention one, he noticed the fender {he wasn't even working on the fender but noticed it was loose} was missing a few rivets' replaced them for NO CHARGE! Down to earth type people, I was able to save money and be on the road all in one. Thumbs up!

The perfect business model for a mechanic. I can't go to a mechanic during the day since I work, so they came to me and flushed and changed my brake fluid in about 20 minutes. Prices are fair as well.
