I purchased blinds a couple of years ago. I was impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the sales staff. The installers were positive and proficient. The real surprise was later when I had a problem. The store staff were great at explaining my options. The repair person was wonderful, offering suggestions and making the job look easy. Way to go.
