In responding to a recent severe leak in the condominium that I manage, Alicia, the dispatcher and Zac Dixon, the plumber at API demonstrated "Excellent Customer Service" in resolving my building issues. I've always gotten good service from API through the years; however, they deserve an "Apple Recognition" for their honesty and professionalism.
