I purchased a used vehicle here several months ago and it came with their Customer for Life program. It includes a list of services like oil changes and tire rotations. Since it was free a brought my vehicle in for both. Unfortunately the service is only for the quick lane option so you can't make an appointment in advance. I got in today around 0900 am and they said it was running about a hour and a half to two hours to be completed. I didn't have anything going on so I didn't mind waiting. I had bought my original Ford at another dealer who was terrible at service. So I switched to Apple Ford, Apple Ford takes excellent care of me so much so that I bought my NEW Ford from here and I love my new car so much! Thanks Apple Ford and James my sales guy! Y'all rock!!
