This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke with someone name Natilie if spelled correctly. She was unable to answer my questions agitated because she could not and rudely hung up the phone.

The initial process was simple enough. However, I was given no information about a time frame for when the tent would be delivered. I had to call the morning it was due to arrive to get a window of arrival. i had to take off several hours from work to be available. Set up did go fine but again when it was time to have it picked up, no information was provided so I had to call again. This time I was told I needed to be home from 8 am to 5 pm for pick up. How is a person able to go to work for any length of time given that kind of window? The customer service aspect of this company was very poor and I would think twice before I used them again.

We ordered 30 white plastic chairs and (3) 60” rounds with white tablecloths for a wedding. When we started opening the chairs we realized that almost every single one had scratches on the top front sides from the way they are being stacked together. Some were worse than others, the really bad ones could have easily snagged someone’s clothes. We spent about 2 hours cleaning the chairs – they had wine drops, brown spots, scuffs and overall looked like they aren’t cleaned between parties.
