I was blow away with the service, 100% perfect. Wonderful staffs they are very professional, very kind, patient, plesant, and respectful. My clothes ready just like they said and I didn’t have to wait a long time either but the most important thing was everybody was friendly and respectful of my time, outstanding to everyone.

Usually not much of a wait and they do a nice job of cleaning at a reasonable price. We have been using ZIPS for years with only a couple of problems, all of which they have fixed immediately. They also have a very nice woman who does an excellent job of alterations.
