I drove off with my phone on top of my car, which ended up launching it into Rhode Island ave where it likely got run over by a car. Thanks to my otterbox and the team here, it was a straight forward screen replacement without the sticker shock I expected! The team was friendly and fast. Would definitely use their services again (but praying I won’t need to)
My screen was broken on my S22. They had one in stock. Came back a few hours later and it was fixed. Only complaint is that people picking up should be streamlined, and not have to wait for the other people in line who are getting things fixed.
Great experience from start to finish. The team was super helpful and identified the problem with my PS5 quickly and accurately. The best part - the repair was done on the same day.
